USACE Europe
Owner: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers| Services: Cost Estimating
Axias has been working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe since 2017. Our work initially began with supporting the European Deterrence Initiative (EDI) and has since expanded to supporting Area Development Plans, Long Range Development Plans, and the U.S. Air Force in Europe’s (USAFE) Polish Provided Infrastructure (PPI) Planning & Programming. Our team provides cost engineering services by participating in on-site planning charrettes, performing site visits to collect local cost data, and generating various level cost estimates prepared using PC-Cost, PACES, and MCACES. Our cost engineering efforts contribute to real property master plans at various bases, supporting capital investment strategies, command operational imperatives, and the military’s ability to adapt to changing European missions.
