Columbia State Community College
Axias completed a comprehensive facility condition assessment of 30 buildings totaling more than 713,000 square feet at Columbia State Community College for the Tennessee Board of Regents. The assessment was performed as part of a broader campus master planning effort led by an architectural firm, with Axias supporting the team through detailed building and system evaluations.
Our team assessed all major building systems, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site components, to identify current conditions and future needs. We paired these findings with detailed cost estimates and a multi-year capital planning framework, giving stakeholders a clear understanding of deferred maintenance priorities and long-term investment needs. The result is a practical roadmap that supports informed decision-making and helps extend the life of campus facilities.
