Cleveland State Community College

Axias performed a facility condition assessment of 24 buildings totaling approximately 483,000 square feet at Cleveland State Community College for the Tennessee Board of Regents. This work was completed as part of a larger campus master planning initiative led by an architectural firm, with Axias providing facility and cost insights to inform planning decisions.

Our team assessed all major building systems, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site components, to identify current conditions and future needs. We paired these findings with detailed cost estimates and a multi-year capital planning framework, giving stakeholders a clear understanding of deferred maintenance priorities and long-term investment needs. The result is a practical roadmap that supports informed decision-making and helps extend the life of campus facilities.
