Expansive renovations to the property encompassed all guest rooms and suites, as well as related soft goods and FF&E. When renovations were complete, the hotel re-opened as The BRIX, a member of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection.
Outcomes ranged from converting selected suites into single rooms, and public space upgrades inclusive of the bar, conference rooms, main lobby, café, restaurant, verandah, rooftop terrace, swimming pool, spa, and back of house space. New exterior signage and improvements to the entry drive were also in the project scope.
