The Axias condition assessment team completed a physical condition assessment of each facility to support the GSA in preparing accurate budgets, developing asset reinvestment strategies, and conducting thoughtful asset planning. In addition to the physical evaluation and condition assessment report, Axias provided a cost analysis of necessary repairs and upgrades to categorize them as immediate, short-term, and long-term needs, as well as long-term improvements.
