The GSA Public Building Service for Region 2 provides workplace solutions to federal agencies in more than 450 federally owned and leased locations in New York, Northern New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Axias provides cost estimating services for projects in this region, supporting an A/E IDIQ contract. Axias cost estimators produce cost estimates using the GSA Cost Estimating Workbook (CEW) and other custom cost estimating tools as the project needs dictate. The projects completed under this contract include various agency users and project types, from airport Customs and Border Protection facilities, Land Ports of Entry, office buildings, and court facilities to lab and research buildings, including the following:
