This project, located on Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, marked the expansion of the Hale Koa Hotel, adding 405 guestrooms in a 17-story tower. The new tower connects to the existing Maile Tower, bringing the total resort room count to 1,223.
Separate ancillary projects such as relocating the adult pool, moving and expanding the Java Café, closing Kalia Road, and adding two levels to the existing parking deck were also within the scope.
