The Legacy Encore, in downtown Tampa, is a 228-unit multifamily apartment complex at 1251 Ray Charles Boulevard. It is located within Encore!, Tampa Housing Authority’s mixed-use development. The five-story property offers studio, one- and two-bedrooms floorplans. Amenities at the gated community include a parking garage, EV charging stations, fitness center, pet spa, heated saltwater pool, and outdoor cooking and gathering areas.
Legacy Universal, located in Orlando, is a 350-unit four-story garden apartment complex comprising five elevator buildings. Apartments range from studio to three bedrooms. Among the community amenities are a gated entrance, a pond surrounded by an activity trail, a heated pool with cabanas and summer kitchen, fitness center with spin studio, and a game room.
