Work at the National Institutes of Health has included many projects from small renovations to new roads and site alterations. One such project was the multi-phased renovation of Bldg. 10 and new construction of an extension to incorporate lab and office spaces. Creating this additional tenant capacity required construction of new parking and utility buildings, and site alterations.
The project began in 2019 with completion anticipated for September 2023. Axias provided cost estimating in the pre-design phase.
