National Park Service | Cost Estimating

Owner: National Park Service | Services: Cost Estimating, Value Analysis, Scheduling, Life Cycle Cost Analysis

Axias has worked with the National Park Service (NPS) since 2014, providing cost advice on more than 200 projects at 90 National Parks from California to Maine. The NPS executes a variety of project types, from water resource management to historic preservation. Axias works as part of various AE IDIQs, both regionally and nationally. We play an active role helping the design teams understand the cost impacts of their design choices and meeting the NPS-specific cost estimating requirements, including site visits by this cost estimator and a higher reliance on supplier quotes and local market surveys.
