Axias Awarded Five-Year Renewal to Support U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Area Cost Factors Survey Program
Axias has been awarded a five-year contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center, to continue conducting the Area Cost Factors (ACF) Survey. Axias previously held this contract for the past five years and has once again been selected to support the Department of Defense (DoD) with critical cost data collection and analysis.
Under this contract, Axias will collect and report labor rates, labor availability and productivity; equipment costs; and construction material pricing from survey sites across the continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and multiple overseas (OCONUS) locations. This information is essential for the DoD’s budgeting program and congressional approval process, ensuring accurate, location-specific cost factors are applied to military construction planning and execution.
“Being re-awarded this contract is both an honor and a testament to the dedication of our team,” said Scott Cullen, Principal. “Over the past five years, we have worked diligently with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to deliver accurate, reliable, and timely survey data. We look forward to continuing this partnership and building upon our record of providing high-quality support to the Department of Defense.”
This contract award highlights Axias’ proven expertise in efficient data gathering, innovation in survey execution, and continuous improvement in deliverables—delivering value and confidence to federal stakeholders in critical cost estimating processes.
