Our technical staff is composed of construction professionals who specialize in cost estimating, facility condition assessment, project management, construction scheduling, change order analysis, value engineering, and risk management.

Many are certified by respected industry organizations such as the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) International; the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA); the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC); and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), an independent organization originally established in the United Kingdom that is committed to advancing the highest ethical and technical standards for professionals in land, property, and the built environment.
