Axias has continued to develop our property damage assessment service line, providing disaster and damage assessments and supporting insurance recovery for building owners in both the public and private sectors. With builder’s risk insurance and disaster loss recovery work experience in both the continental United States and Puerto Rico, our PDA team is poised to respond to loss-recovery projects resulting from structural failure, fire and water damage, and natural disasters. We can mobilize quickly to support adjusters in any corner of the globe, with any type of loss.

Collaborating with specialty consultants, such as design and forensic engineers, we are equipped to initiate building damage assessments, documentation, quantification, and repair/replacement cost estimating from cost and project management perspectives.

Geography can play a major role in reconstruction efforts specific to labor and materials, especially following a catastrophic loss. In such cases, Axias performs due diligence by collaborating with local resources and incorporating local market research into our estimates. An accomplished construction and project management staff gives us the capacity to remain engaged and support owners in the procurement and execution of reconstruction and repair efforts.
