Axias has facilitated and participated in many value engineering studies over the years following the Society of American Value Engineers (SAVE) International’s approved methodology. Our Certified Value Specialists (CVS) lead formal 2, 3, or 5-day workshops, coordinating a team effort of analyzing a project’s design in order to obtain the best long-term value for the owner. Our thorough understanding of cost drivers on projects helps us quickly pinpoint prime areas for further analysis, delivering high-value solutions.

Axias has facilitated formal value engineering workshops and informal value management exercises on various projects, including defense facilities for NAVFAC, overseas embassy projects for the Department of State, institutional facilities for college and university clients, and public safety facilities for local governments, among many others.
