The Feil Organization is one of New York City’s oldest family-owned real estate companies. They own, develop, and manage over 26 million square feet of retail, commercial, and industrial properties, more than 5,000 residential rental units, hundreds of net leased properties, and thousands of acres of undeveloped land across the country.
Axias has a long history of working with the Feil Organization, providing cost-estimating support for a wide range of projects at their holdings across the country. Our work on projects for the Feil Organization includes office buildings in major metropolitan areas such as New York City, Chicago, and New Orleans. These properties range from Class A office buildings in prime locations to more cost-effective options, catering to a broad spectrum of business tenants. The portfolio includes iconic buildings like 488 Madison Avenue and 570 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan, which offer high-end office space. We have worked on many of the organization’s mixed-use properties combining residential, retail, and office spaces, including 10 South LaSalle in Chicago. Axias provided cost estimating for improvements to retail properties, including both urban and suburban retail centers and standalone properties leased to national retailers.
Our services to the Feil Organization include conceptual cost estimating for capital improvements to existing properties and construction cost estimating for new developments. We have also supported the organization with current replacement value cost estimates for its significant properties, which support valuation and maintenance budget planning.
