Axias Performs FCA for SC Ports Authority

Axias’ facility condition assessment work takes us to some very interesting places, from high-rise office buildings in Chicago to the Grand Tetons in Wyoming. Most recently, it took our team to Charleston, South Carolina, where we are supporting the South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) at the Wando Welch Terminal.

Our facility assessors, with some help from their drones, were busy evaluating buildings and infrastructure that support critical terminal operations, including equipment and facility maintenance and container freight handling.

Through these assessments, Axias is helping SCPA understand current conditions, identify near- and long-term investment needs, and prioritize improvements to support informed capital planning and long-term asset management at one of the Port’s key container terminals.
