We’re proud to announce the promotion of Ali Mozaffari, CCP, to Senior Cost Manager & Scheduler!

Ali’s combined expertise in cost estimating and construction scheduling has made him a valuable member of the Axias team.

Reflecting on his experience at Axias, Ali shared: “My experience at Axias has been very rewarding because it has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of how cost, procurement, phasing, and scheduling work together. This integrated approach helps me provide practical and well-coordinated solutions for clients.”

One of Ali’s favorite projects was the Smithsonian American History Museum Emergency Generator Replacement, where he evaluated both cost and schedule feasibility while the museum remained fully operational.

“The project required careful planning to minimize disruption to museum operations. Coordinating long-lead equipment procurement, temporary systems, and phased electrical shutdowns required close collaboration and detailed planning throughout the project.”
