Axias Continues Support as 1020 Spring Street Nears Completion

With the main structure of 1020 Spring Street complete, our team recently revisited the site to capture updated drone photography. This mixed-use development features a 25-story glass façade tower, 8,000 square feet of street-level retail, balconies on every floor, and a rooftop bar overlooking Midtown Atlanta. While our drones are typically used to assess hard-to-access roofs and facades, capturing photos of this striking glass tower was a nice change of pace.

Axias represented a major lender on the project, providing construction support services and independent due diligence throughout development. Our team conducted site visits, reviewed contractor pay applications, analyzed change orders, and monitored schedule developments to keep the lender informed and its interests protected. Our team is providing on-going support as tenant fit-outs are completed.
