Under category 541330ENG, we provide a variety of project support and assessment services. These include project management and related technical services during the construction or installation phase; requirements analysis; feasibility studies; facility condition assessments; procurement assistance; scheduling; inspection and evaluation of engineering projects; and related professional services.
Category 541219 allows us to provide cost management services during both design and construction phases to agencies. Tasks may encompass estimating; budget and financial management; special reviews to resolve budget formulation or budget execution issues; technical assistance to improve budget preparation or execution processes; and change order review, analysis, and negotiation.
