Driving Smarter Capital Planning Across Tennessee Campuses

FCA, Project News

Axias is working with the Tennessee Board of Regents on two Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) at Columbia State Community College and Cleveland State Community College. These assessments cover 54 buildings totaling nearly 1.2 million square feet across both campuses.

Our team conducted these assessments as part of broader campus master planning efforts for each institution, helping to create practical roadmaps that support informed decision-making and extend the life of campus facilities.
