College of William & Mary
The College of William and Mary is the second oldest higher education institution in the United States and is known as one of the country's most beautiful college campuses. The campus is a mix of historically significant buildings and more modern facilities, with the historic, old, and new campus making up the 1200-acre Williamsburg campus. Axias has worked with specialist historic preservation architects on several projects on campus, as well as holding an IDIQ contract for cost estimating and value engineering services directly with the college.
