It's a tremendous responsibility to represent the owner on a project. Being an extension of the owner's staff, representing them in every aspect of design, procurement, and construction is a role we embrace and excel at. We bring a deep understanding of the cost drivers of construction to this service, making sure the owner gets a building that is balanced in cost, scope, and performance. We do this through diligent budget and design management, sensible procurement that promotes competitive bidding, and conscientious construction oversight.

Throughout a project’s lifecycle, we keep the owner informed via consistent and transparent communication; a “no surprises” culture is one of our goals. Being the owner’s experienced eyes and ears allows them to make informed decisions as required and relinquish the day-to-day administration that would otherwise interfere with their regular job responsibilities.
