Axias provides a variety of services to the design and building industry, with a consistent theme of managing risk and costs, and extracting best value for the owner and project team.

We developed and maintain an extensive database of construction project costs to support accurate benchmarking and promote proactive cost and project management. The data is interactive and iterative, looping through all of our project activities and services to create factual, realistic, and industry-specific cost projections that will inform owners’ project budgets.

When an owner is unable to dedicate in-house staff to managing their project on a day-to-day basis, Axias’ project management group offers experienced professionals to act as their representatives, from the generation of a design team RFP through general contractor procurement and oversight of construction.

Motivated by the challenge of finding otherwise “lost” money, our construction support group delves deeply into a construction contract, looking for opportunities between it, the design documents, and change order requests that net substantial dollar retrieval and/or savings for owners.

Our facility team brings firsthand experience coupled with real-world cost data to the process of building and infrastructure condition assessment, determining the useful life of assets and levels of investment required. When it comes to conservation of client resources and finances, we treat them as if they were our own.
