Members of the Axias team have provided service across multiple agencies of the federal government, ranging from full-scale estimating and change order management for the General Services Administration to condition assessments for the National Park Service and project management for renovations to major federal buildings. Work for the State Department has spanned domestic assignments as well as more than 30 U.S. consulates and embassies, in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Our judicial experience includes dozens of federal courthouses across the country, and agencies such as EPA, NOAA, NIST, FAA, and NIH have engaged us for estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and risk assessment.
We also participate in or lead portfolio-wide studies. Martin Jacobs is co-author of the General Construction Cost Review Guide, commissioned by GSA to assess the cost of each of the many space types that occupy a federal courthouse, and more recently the Courthouse Unit Cost Study for the same agency. Scott Cullen was the co-author of the GSA’s P-120 Cost Estimating Guide.
