His experience covers both national and international projects with emphasis on the Tri-State Area. Always a team player when working with owners, designers, vendors and contractors on several projects at the same time, Thomas thrives in managing teams and multiple assignments. He brings extensive experience in conceptual stage cost estimating through 100% detailed estimates, continuing that expertise during construction for change management.
