Global healthcare company Sanofi hired HOK to update various spaces in Building A of their U.S. headquarters as they transition from building owner to tenant. Axias prepared estimates at 50% and 95% conceptual design based on HOK’s documents. Specific items in the scope of work included upgrades to the lobby level, auditorium, cafeteria, pantries, elevator lobbies, walkways, and outdoor patio.
