Two distinct areas of the nine-story building were addressed during this project: the phased renovation and refurbishment of the full-service bar and restaurant, and conversation of meeting and hospitality rooms on the 9th floor to a presidential suite.
Axias provided full project and cost management services during design and construction for both projects in an operating facility, which involved detailed coordination, planning, and execution.
