Axias is part of GHT Limited’s team for their on-call MEP engineering design contract with the bank. The contract scope encompasses a series of renovation projects at their four-building complex in the District’s Foggy Bottom neighborhood. Projects have included partial replacement of light fixtures and lighting controls in several buildings; replacing and upgrading the I Building chilled water plant and cooling towers; and replacing the two J Building air handling units.
