Laura Okell, Director of Marketing and Proposals

In this newly created role, Laura’s 16 years of related industry experience in marketing communications, proposal management, and business operations in the A/E/C industry will be integral to Axias as the leadership team works together to refine means and methods and pursue strategic markets.  

Laura hails from Manchester, England, and although her family moved to Minneapolis when she was eight, her favorite football team remains Manchester United. A musician and music lover by avocation, Laura can be found listening to anything from Tchaikovsky to Lizzo—when she’s not pursuing adventures with her other love, animals. When the weather is nice, she and her husband frequent zoos and animal parks and otherwise enjoy hanging out at home with cats Snug and Nero.
