Originally from South Africa, Martin has more than 25 years of experience and accomplishments in the global construction industry and an impressive track record of delivering high-profile projects within cost and schedule parameters.

Throughout his career, he has been and remains actively involved in the management of cost estimating efforts, from feasibility studies, quantity surveys, existing condition assessments, and concept design, to construction documents and procurement, bid analysis, value engineering, quality control, claims auditing and reporting, and owner representation.
