John Adams, Senior Cost Manager

John has over ten years of experience in the construction industry, working for contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants. John’s background from the trades in pricing and productivity analysis has given him insight into the construction process as well as cost estimating and a unique ability to understand projects and how they are constructed and what to look for and consider when compiling an estimate. John has extensive experience providing cost engineering services on defense department projects and expertise in the use of MCACES (MII) and PACES cost-estimating systems. John originally joined Axias in 2017 and recently rejoined our team as a senior cost manager.
