Saifon Bips, Senior Cost Manager

Saifon, who joined Axias in October 2021, was born and raised in Khon Kaen, Thailand. She graduated from Khon Kaen University in 2003 with a degree in architecture, and after working for three years, moved to the United States to further her education. In 2008 she graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in construction management.

Capitalizing on her 13 years of prior experience as a New York City-based cost estimating and construction management professional whose multi-million-dollar projects spanned the tri-state area, Saifon’s role as a senior cost manager in our New Jersey office applies her skills to a wide range of projects for private and government clients.

In her free time, Saifon enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and Siberian husky Mya. An adept cook, her signature dishes include chicken pad Thai; crispy rice salad; and green, red, or chicken massaman curry. Saifon loves travel and experiencing the food and wine in different regions, but for the near future, she and her husband are sticking closer to home as they make improvements to a house they purchased recently in Central Jersey.
