With 25+ years of experience, Thomas is a seasoned estimating professional with expertise in cost estimating and controls, and value engineering for projects from every sector in the industry. Known as a team player, he has worked with owners, designers, vendors, and contractors on local, regional, national, and international projects.

Thomas opened our East Brunswick, New Jersey office in 2018. He is responsible for developing new business in the New York metro area and servicing those clients along with support staff.

As an integral member of our estimating group, he excels at team management, quality control, and producing cost estimates from conceptual design through construction for change order management. Thomas’s attention to detail and diligence enable him to carefully maintain a database of unit costs and labor productivity for construction materials and building trades.
