Steve has been in the engineering and construction industry since 1989, advancing from craft apprentice to his current position at Axias, where he was recently charged with opening and leading our newest office, located in Tampa. In this new role, Steve will be a seller-doer responsible for business development as well as providing project cost estimating services to clients.

A six-year stint working for a leading mechanical and electrical contractor in a project controls and contracts management role was instrumental in expanding Steve’s commercial experience specific to project delivery.

While adept in all trades, he is particularly skilled at mechanical and electrical cost management through all phases of a project. Pharmaceutical labs, manufacturing plants, hotels, universities, and government facilities are among the building types he has worked on.
